commission sales
associates pay a
monthly fee of $89
and a transaction
fee of #389 per
closing. A maximum
of two transactions
fees are charged in
a given month and no
transaction fee is
charged for a second
side of the same
transaction. A
Transaction fee of
just 10% is charged
on transaction
commissions under
