24/7 Broker/Owner Support : Real Estate USA sales associates can count on support from the Designated Broker, Branch Managers and /or office Owners 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition to this traditional support, sales associates benefit greatly from coaching by real estate veterans on a regular basis. Topping off all this support is management's commitment to providing annual and on-going business planning support to every Real Estate USA sales Associate.

Nicely-Appointed Offices: Real Estate USA sales associates are proud to bring their clients to the nicely decorated and well-equipped offices. Each office features a professional reception area, comfortable meeting rooms, agent workspaces and a generous-size conference room. Offices with at least ten sales associates have full-time receptionists during regular business hours and part-time receptionist on weekends.

21-Year Heritage: Real Estate USA is the new name of the former Tacoma office of Real Estate 2000 corp., a unique real estate brokerage founded in 1979. The business and its principles have a solid reputation for honesty, innovation and fair dealing with sales associates and home buyers / home sellers, alike. Though the easy-to-remember name is new,. the public embraces it and perceives it as having been around for a long time.

Office Network: Real Estate USA is building a network of 23 strategically-located offices in 20 markets throughout Washington State. Sales associates have access to any offices, any time. Currently RE*USA has offices in Gig Harbor, Olympia, Puyallup, Shelton, Tacoma and University Place. RE*USA Real Estate School and Resource Center has campuses in Gig Harbor, Olympia and Tacoma.

For Yourself-Not by Yourself: Re*USA sales associates are capable of working independently yet benefit from Broker, Owner, Transaction Coordination and Receptionist support. Sales associates also benefit from the efficiencies achievable by embracing e-processing systems for closing transactions and direct deposit of commission checks.  

 

 
Is it the vision of the future?
 
A Vision Fulfilled: Before opening the Tacoma office, ten years ago, the principles commissioned research that showed the industry's future would be characterized by an every-decreasing pool of commission-split agents and an ever-increasing number of 100% commission and home office agents. Since the study was completed and the office was opened, the number of licensed agents in Washington has been cut in half and the number of home office/100% agents has increased by more then 500%. To compete, most of the larger, traditional offices offer some sort of home/office and/or 100% Commission programs. Real Estate USA is posed to take advantage of and prosper amid these continuing trends, and other emerging trends, not the least of which is downward pressure on commissions. Real Estate USA sales associates will be the beneficiaries of this new vision of the future of thru Real estate business.

Is it the truly independent agent concept?
 
RE*USA Sales associates manage their own careers and operate on a genuinely Indepentent basis. No brokerage-centered commission splits. No franchise fees. No start-up fees. No corporate fees. No extra fees for copies, faxes, etc. No sales quotas, no mandatory floor time. No mandatory meetings. No mandatory caravans. No hassles. Period!  
 
     
  Is it the low operating cost?  
     
 
No fee to $89 per month: Rea Estate USA Sales associates choose either a 100% commission or 70/30 commission split bases of compensation. Sales associates on the 70/30 split are charged n monthly fee and pay 30% of their commission to the brokerage  upon closing a transaction. 100% commission sales associates pay a monthly fee of $89 and a transaction fee of #389 per closing. A maximum of two transactions fees are charged in a given month and no transaction fee is charged for a second side of the same transaction. A Transaction fee of just 10% is charged on transaction commissions under $1000.
